Sustainable Financing Framework determines general provisions, directions, fundamental principles, goals and objectives of the Bank in carrying out activities in using funds from green bonds, social bonds and/or sustainability bonds.
The Framework aims to define the general provisions regarding the selection of Green and Social projects, the use and management of Sustainable Financing Instrument proceeds and the disclosure of information about them.
Within the responsible banking approach, Unibank undertakes to develop E&S risk management system to be integrated into credit processes.

The interest-bearing, uncertificated, registered, unsecured bonds have a maturity of 36 months, a nominal value of 100 manat, an annual interest rate of 11.5%, a coupon payment period of every 3 months, and an issue volume of 20 million manat.
