Unibank continues to modernize and expand its ATM network to make services more convenient and accessible for customers. The Bank currently operates 187 active UTMs nationwide, giving it the third-largest ATM network in Azerbaijan.

By the end of the year, Unibank plans to grow its UTM fleet beyond 200 units. The expansion is aimed at giving customers easier access to cash withdrawals, deposits, currency exchange and other banking services.

Broad transaction capabilities — customers can deposit and withdraw funds, as well as convert USD and EUR into AZN.

Convenient user experience — the machines come with NFC support and touchscreens, making transactions faster and easier.

High withdrawal limit — customers can withdraw up to 200 banknotes in a single transaction, totaling up to AZN 19,500 or its equivalent.

Secure environment — Unibank UTMs operate in line with the high security requirements of the EMVCo and PCI DSS standards.

Wider accessibility — the Bank continues to install machines both in city centers and in densely populated areas.

New functionality — the next phase will add current account top-ups, QR transactions via AzQR, loan repayments and two-way currency exchange.

Unibank is also expanding the geographic reach of its network, with new UTMs set to launch in Gabala and Yevlakh in the near future.

Service quality remains a priority as well. At present, 72% of customer inquiries related to UTM transaction issues are resolved within one day, and the Bank aims to raise that figure to 78% in the next phase.
