Cashback terms

  • How to earn cashback

    • In the "Profile" section of UBank go to "Cashback" and activate it. If cashback is not activated, it will not be calculated.

  • The cards are eligible for cashback

    • UCard, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, Mastercard Black Edition, Albalı kart, Digital card.

  • The cards are not eligible for cashback

    • Unimiles, Mastercard Black Edition (miles), Mastercard World Elite, scholarship (student) cards.

  • Cashback calculation

    • Cashback is calculated for payments made with AZN and other currency debit and credit cards in the following categories: SOCAR, Bravo, Trendyol, Temu; Buta and Aloe pharmacies, Kanon, Zəfəran, Günəbaxan pharmacies and aptekonline.az, Hill, Baku Medical Plaza, Push 30-subscriptions over 797 AZN; International Medial Centre, Restaurants, Other.

  • Transactions that do not earn cashback

    • Cash transactions, loan payments, installment transactions, deposit top-up, "Topla" creation, card-to-card transfers, quasi-cash transactions, fast money transfers, brokerage services, operations in betting websites (gambling) and other lotteries, reversal transactions (cancellation transactions), financial transfers, dating service, fine payments, government payments (tax, mortgage, etc.), legal and attorney services, "Yaşat" Foundation, ASAN service.

  • Cashback withdraw

    • At the beginning of each month (for example, cashback accumulated in January is transferred to the cashback balance in February). The minimum limit for card transfers is 10 AZN. Transfers can only be made to the card with the latest expiration date. Transfers to foreign currency or credit cards are not possible. If the customer only has a foreign currency or credit card, the transfer can be made to the cashback account. Customers who have not logged into UBank in the last 30 days will not be able to receive cashback.

    • On the unibank.az or in UBank in the "Profile" section.

  • Cashback history

    • You can track your cashback history from the "Profile" section of UBank.

  • How to upgrade to Pro level

    • To upgrade to the Pro level next month, you must complete cashless turnover of 300 AZN within a month and also meet one of the following conditions:
      -The average monthly account balance must be at least 500 AZN;
      -There must be an active cash loan during the month;
      -Place a deposit of 500 AZN in the bank (Topla excluding);
      -Complete cashless turnover of 600 AZN (300 AZN+300 AZN).
      In UBank, by clicking on the "Pro" level, you can track your goal and view the cashbacks.

  • How to upgrade to Premium level

    • To upgrade to the Premium level next month, you must complete cashless turnover of 3000 AZN within a month and also meet one of the following conditions:
      -The average monthly account balance must be at least 3000 AZN;
      -There must be an active cash loan during the month;
      -Place a deposit of 3000 AZN in the bank (Topla excluding);
      -Complete cashless turnover of 1500 AZN (800 AZN+700 AZN).
      In UBank, by clicking on the "Premium" level, you can track your goal and view the cashbacks.

  • What is the maximum cashback you can earn

    • SOCAR - 10 AZN; Trendyol, Temu, Bravo, Push30, restaurants – up to 20 AZN per category; Baku Medical Plaza, International Medical Centre, Buta and Aloe pharmacies, Kanon, Zəfəran, Günəbaxan pharmacies and aptekonline.az - 50 AZN; in other categories – up to 20 AZN. When the limit for each category is reached, the customer receives a notification.
