Valentin Morozov has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Unibank Commercial Bank. Over the course of his career, Mr. Morozov has held senior positions at a number of respected banks and brings extensive experience in the banking and financial sector. He was educated at New York University, the University of Colorado, and London Business School.

The appointment follows a decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC Commercial Bank "Unibank," at which the composition of the Bank's Management Board was approved anew.

By resolution of the shareholders, David Gabelashvili has been confirmed as a new member of the Management Board. Alongside his Board membership, he has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gabelashvili brings experience across a range of financial institutions and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at TBC Uzbekistan. He is a graduate of the Tbilisi State Institute of Economic Relations and completed further training at the ProCredit Academy.

The Management Board of Unibank also includes Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Geybat Gadirov, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer Andriy Hrab, and Chief Retail Banking and Marketing Officer Ilkin Guliyev.

In a further decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Vladimir Urbansky has been appointed an independent member of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Urbansky has held leadership roles at several financial institutions and has many years of experience in the banking and financial sector. He is a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
