Preferential mortgage

Individuals eligible for preferential mortgage loan opportunities:

• Individuals holding a Doctor of Sciences degree;

• Individuals with at least 15 years of service in the civil service, including special types of public service;

• Military personnel of the Republic of Azerbaijan with at least 3 years of service (excluding those in compulsory active military service), as well as those discharged to the reserve or retired (except for cases specified in Articles 41.0.6, 41.0.7, 41.0.8, 41.0.10, 42.0.3, 42.0.4, and 42.0.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Military Duty and Military Service”);

• Individuals holding a special rank and having served in internal affairs bodies for at least 3 years;

• Researchers with at least 3 years of experience in a scientific position;

• Individuals who have worked as teachers in public general education institutions for at least 15 years;

• Individuals who have worked as journalists for at least 15 years and are included in the Media Register;

• Family members of martyrs (spouse);

• Heroes of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan (themselves or their spouse);

• National Heroes of Azerbaijan (themselves or their spouse).

• The following individuals who are members of a young family (both spouses must be no older than 35):

• Children of martyrs;

• Children of Heroes of the Patriotic War of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

• Children of National Heroes of Azerbaijan;

• Internally displaced persons or those equated to them;

• Individuals with at least 3 years of service in the civil service, including special types of public service;

• Individuals who have worked as teachers in public general education institutions for at least 3 years;

• Individuals holding a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree;

• Individuals with outstanding achievements in sports (honored figures in physical education and sports, winners of national competitions (1st place), prize-winners of international competitions (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place));

• Individuals who have worked as journalists for at least 5 years and are included in the Media Register.

*A family or a person who has the right to use a affordable mortgage loan can use this right only once.
