— Identity documents (copies of documents) of family members who have reached adulthood ( living together with the borrower and co-borrower);
— ID cards or birth certificates (copies of documents) of borrower (co-borrower) family members who have not reached adulthood;
— The documents confirming the income of the borrower (co-borrower);
— Appraisal act of mortgage subject.
