Unibank Hosts Training Session for Journalists on National Press Day

On July 22, Unibank organized an event for media representatives to celebrate National Press Day. The primary objective was to congratulate journalists on their professional holiday, strengthen media partnerships, and support their ongoing professional development.

Faiq Huseynov, Member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Unibank Commercial Bank, delivered an opening speech congratulating the journalists and wishing them continued success. He emphasized the crucial role of journalism in society, highlighting the media's importance in informing, educating the public, and shaping public opinion.

The main segment of the event featured a two-hour interactive workshop titled "The Power of Understanding People – Insights Discovery." The session was built around the Insights Discovery framework - an international development tool designed to foster a deeper understanding of human behavior and communication styles.

During the workshop, participants explored the concept of four color energies based on Carl Jung’s psychological typology, gaining insights into different behavioral and decision-making patterns. Through a quick self-assessment, journalists identified their dominant communication styles and learned practical strategies for interacting effectively with diverse personality types.

At the end of the event, all participants received certificates of completion.
